Simultaneous interpreting service
Simultaneous interpreting is simply an immediate oral translation from the source language to the target language.
This type of interpreting is usually used at international conferences or assemblies.
It is usually conducted from inside a soundproof booth, where the interpreter can hear the speaker through headphones, and simultaneously translates their speech through the microphone in front of them. Simultaneous interpreting requires enormous amounts of concentration and training, especially when the speaker uses terms that are difficult to translate or are slang. This is why SoundTrad always tries to obtain as much information as possible about the work to be carried out, asking the client to indicate the presence of any particular terminology in the speech to be interpreted, thus allowing our experts to fully prepare themselves.
